Resumen:
The 82 types of Reduviidae (Heteroptera) deposited in the scientific Department of Entomology from the Museo de La Plata were listed. These types belong to 49 species. They were contributed by the following authors: Berg (30), Costa Lima, Campos. Seatha & Hathaway (3), Del Ponte (2), Carcavallo, Martinez, Prosen & Cichero (1), Carpintero (4), Kormilev (10), Lent & Wygodzinsky (4), Prosen & Martinez (1), Romaña & Abalos (1), Wygodzinsky (5) and Wygodzinky & Abalos (1). The satus of holotype and paratype or "typus" is given as it is konwn or indicated in the description (no new designation are made). For each taxon a complete information about original and valid names, publication, subsequent combination, collection data and condition is given.
