Resumen:
The Cu concentrations in both sediment and water showed fluctuations in the same range in the last 8 years monitored. However, two sites near GalvánPort have presented the highest values in the majority of samples. On the other hand should be noted the highest concentrations detected in the discharge sewage canal of the city. The pH only showed an inverse relationship with the contents of Cu in the sediments from sewage canal. The temperature showed a uniform variation pattern among different sampling years.
