Resumen:
The Rupasca Formation at Chucalezna section shows a strong relation between sedimentary facies and trace fossils, the heterolithic facies show a clear dominance of Teichichnus isp., while Cruziana appear fair-wheather in subtidal shallower marine type of setting. Adding to this, some sandstone bodies are clearly related to Arenicolites isp., Skolithos isp. and Monocraterion isp. of an also ashallower area within the same subtidal setting.
