Resumen:
Introduction: Prostate cancer (PCa) is a progressive disease involving multiple gene alterations;however, little is known at the proteome level. Most of the functional information of the cancerassociated genes relies in the proteome, a complex biological system with dynamic interactions. Wecarried out an in-depth proteomics analysis to identify differential protein complexes associated withPCa.Methods: PCa and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) samples were obtained from the Hospital deClínicas ?José de San Martín? (with written informed consent and institutional review board approval).Samples were subjected to mass spectrometry analysis (ESI-MS/MS).
