El objetivo de esta ponencia será analizar el instituto de la expropiación en el Derecho Internacional a la luz del caso REPSOL ? YPF. Se tomará especialmente en consideración el Tratado Bilateral de Protección de las Inversiones vigente entre Argentina y España
The aim of this paper is to analyze the institution of expropriation in international law in the light of the case REPSOL - YPF. Special consideration should be given to the Bilateral Treaty on Investment Protection in force between Argentina and Spain.
