Resumen:
En el año 2021 el Directorio del Instituto Internacional de Derecho del Espacio (dependiente de la Federación Internacional de Astronautica)- organismo consultivo de la ONU y con sede en París (Francia) creo el Grupo de Trabajo denominado "Working Group on the Light Pollution of the Night Sky from a Space Law Perspective" presidido por el jurista español Rafael Moro Aguilar. Se presentó el informe final en el año 2023 y será publicado una vez que el Directorio lo apruebe.
