Resumen:
Up to date, the international standard for individual identification and paternity test of domestic animals are performing through blood groups and biochemistry polymorphisms of blood samples. However these techniques may be improved by the use of molecular markers. The main characteristics of them are codominant Mendelian heredity and highly polymorphisms. The aim of the present work is to apply molecular markers to resolve individual identification, paternity test and daily rob cases using no conventional samples. These samples included muscular tissue, skin, hair, semen, blood, kidney and heart. Genomic DNA were extracted using the modified method described by Wagner et al., (1994). BoLA and equine and bovine microsatellites loci were typing by PCR-RFLP and PCR-sequencing gel methods. Positive amplification could be obtained in the 95 % of the genomic DNA extracted from the analyzed samples. In addition, the 86 % studied cases could be resolved. In that cases where is not possible of made an exclusion, the “L” index is between 1 in 21762 - 1 in 329025477. It means that is one chance between 21762 - 329025477 that the genotypes are the same by random. In the present paper it is prove that the use of molecular markers is a useful tool to solve cases of individual identity, determination of paternity and daily rob using not common samples.
