Resumen:
The authors discuss Hermite polynomials and in Section 3, they give some results concerning the harmonic oscillator operator. In both sections, they describe what is known about the following operators: viz., the maximal heat diffusion semi-group, the Riesz transforms and the Littlewood-Paley-Stein quadratic functions. They also discuss in more detail the state of the art in each setting, describing Carlos-Segovia´s works on this subject.
