Resumen:
Generalized twisted tori reductions of Double Field Theory (DFT) has been shown to be a very efficient way to clarify the stringy origin of several gauged supergravities. The success in reaching this goal is because it allows for the inclusion of both geometric and non geometric fluxes in a duality covariant fashion. Here we concern about the alpha´-deformed frame-like DFT, which is an extension of DFT that includes all the first order alpha´-corrections of the bosonic and heterotic string low energy effective actions. We discuss consistent gaugings of this theory and their relation to Generalized Scherk-Schwarz-reductions. This lead to an extension of the previous construction by including for the first time the alpha´-corrections in half maximal gauged supergravities in any number of dimensions.
