Samples of Ca1-xSrxHfO3
with x = 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75 have been studied. These oxides were synthesized
using the high temperature solid state reaction method that can produce oxygen
vacancies. The lattice and the hyperfine interaction parameters were
determined. From these data it is possible correlate the behaviour of the
hyperfine parameters with composition and temperature. The effect of oxygen
vacancies is analyzed. The temperature dependence of hyperfine parameters display
discontinuities that are interpreted as signs of crystalline phase transitions
at about 900, 850 and 700K, for x =
0.25, 0.50 and 0.75, respectively.
