Resumen:
In this work we report on a manifest universality found in thenuclear matrix elements which govern the mass sector of the neutrinolessdouble beta decay.The results are based on the analysis of the calculated matrix elements corresponding to the decaysof $^{76}$Ge, $^{82}$Se, $^{100}$Mo, and  $^{116}$Cd. The results strongly suggest a mechanism similarto the single-state dominance found in the two-neutrino mode of the double beta decay.
