We have studied, the influence of microwave (MW) irradiation on the enzymatic activity in aminolysis reaction. We have studied the influence of racemic alkanolamine:ethyl acrylate ratio, enzyme:substrate ratio, solvent effect, presence of polymerization inhibitors, time of reaction and MW parameters suchs power, temperature and pressure. MW irradiation let to improve the results previously obtained under only enzymatic catalysis in terms of reaction time and product yield
