Resumen:
Silica Nanoparticles are versatile Nanostructures with Optical transparent and excellent dielectric properties that could be tuned their chemical structures as well as control of their properties incorporated. In this direction the development of Nanophotonics towards Meta-photonics within confined Nano-volumes are of high interest to study and generate new Meta-materials. In this context, in this Research work it was presented and discussed the design and synthesis of Opto-active Nanoplatforms based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) with different applications such as Lab. On particles for targeted applications. In this way, it was discussed their potential uses as i) Nano-emitters for targeted light delivery; ii) Nano-pharmacophores, iii) Cargo Nanoparticles; and iv) versatile Nanoplatforms for Multifunctional applications.
