Resumen:
In order to develop Biocompatible Nanoplatforms (NPs) for Single Molecule Detection (SMD), It was synthesized grafted gold nanoparticles with different molecular spacer and β-cyclodextrin (βCD) macrocycles as Antibody-Antigen models , . The molecular recognition by complexation of Rhodamine B (RhB) as Fluorescent reporter with βCD permitted an enhanced detection by NanoImaging based on Metal Enhanced Fluorescence (MEF) recorded with Laser Fluorescence Microscopy with Potential applications on SMD .
