Resumen:
Indoles and 7-Azaindoles are important heterocycles found in many natural products and pharmaceutical agents. In connection to our research programs dedicated to the development of synthetic useful electron-transfer metodologies and the discovery of potent bioactive substances, we will disclose a new, efficient and non-contaminant methodology to prepare these motifs. The approach is based on a metal-free SRN1 intramolecular ketone arylation.
