Resumen:
The first aim has been to get an optimal preparation of multifunctional silica-based nanoparticles integrating hybrid nanoparticles, such as Fe3O4@Au, in its core. The final target will be to use these systems as nanocarriers of PDT photosensitizers of different nature, such as methylene blue and porfirin derivatives. The synthetic methodology and properties of the multifunctional plataform as well as the derivatization of the mesoporous silica surface with a photosentitizer will be discussed.
