Resumen:
In this work, a comparative study is carried out to analyzethe behavior of a WGS multitubular membrane reactoroperating with and without sweep gas by means ofa 1-D non-isothermal mathematical model. Additionally,algebraic expressions that only depend on inlet variablesto calculate the limiting membrane reactor conversionsare included. From the comparative analysis, some guidelinesfor an improved operation of the membrane reactorare proposed.
