Resumen:
We examined the effect of sc-CO2 on cylinder-forming polystyrene-b-polybutadiene-b-polystyrene triblock copolymer (PS-PB-PS, Sigma-Aldrich, Mw = 140.000 g/mol) thin films. A homemade high pressure cell was used for supercritical annealing treatments at 40 °C and 90 bar during 2hs. Polymer film thicknesses were measured using a PHE101 ellipsometer (wavelength = 632.8 nm). The morphology was characterized at room temperature using atomic force microscopy (Innova, Bruker) operated in tapping mode.
