Resumen:
The 3D model predicts the pressure drop of the air distribution grid accurately.The air within the granulation cone tends to move toward the walls. This result is consistent with the grid design in granulation process.The air distribution grid dissipates most of the flow effects present in the plenum.Modeling a grid using the axisymmetric model is not sufficient to represent all flow effects
