Resumen:
The objective of the conference is to collect information about peanut-oil composition and to learn about the features of Arfgentinian peanut oil. First, The Argentinian peanut productiona and peanut oil exportation is considered. Then Typical characteristics and compositional data of major and minor compounds are mentioned for conventional, high oleic and wild peanut oils. Finally, a literature search ius summariza in an excel file.
