Resumen:
Mutual solubility between glycerol with pentane or hexane orheptane or ethyl acetate and mutual solubility between different vegetableoils (sunflower, soybean, corn and olive oil) with methanol or ethanol havebeen reported at temperatures between (298-348) K and atmosphericpressure. When they are available, they are compared to data reportedbefore. Furthermore, the binodal curves for ethyl acetate + methanol orethanol + glycerol at (303, 313, 323) K and the binodal curves for thesunflower oil+methanol or ethanol+methyl oleate at (303, 318, 333)K arepresented. The mutual solubility has been determined by evaporation of thevolatile compound of the binary mixture, while the binodal curves havebeen done by turbidimetric analysis using the titration method underisothermal conditions.
