Resumen:
An experimental study of a fuel reformer to provide fuel cell-grade hydrogen using a Pd-Ag dense metallic membrane reactor is presented. Steam reforming of ethanol over a noble metal-based catalyst loaded onto catalytic walls is profited. The steady-state performance of the system under a wide range of operation conditions, including reaction temperature, pressure, steam-to-carbon ratio (S/C) and feed load has been studied.
