Resumen:
?Digital twining? is one the main ways of establishing data channels in cyber-physical systems using both the outputs of running a virtual model and real time data collected by sensors. The purpose to this paper is to outline the digital twin of a cyber-physical production system. We apply the System Dy-namics paradigm to the case of a shop-floor factory devoted to cloud manufac-turing. The digital twin uses data from the real production line, providing assis-tance to maintenance procedures triggered by inconsistencies between the real and the virtual processes.
