In 2010 in Argentina, the Conectar Igualdad Program is created as a public policy that delivers netbook computers to students and teachers of public secondary education schools. Teachers, students, directors and teach support personnel are fundamental actors to this process. Critical discernment on the teachers own practice and the incorporation of the innovation to un planned instances are auspicius performances achived by physics teachers and their students.
