Resumen:
Inrelation to the origin of prebiotic molecules, the rate of decomposition and oligomerization of aminoacid transportedby meteorites, comets and stellar dustpresents great interest. On the other hand, the use of femtosecond lasers has been proposedin nanomedicine, with the participation of  live tissues, without previous reliablestudies on the involved radiation-sample interaction. As a preliminary stepto photobiological studies, the study of the photophysics of simple compoundsof biological interest such as aminoacids (AA in the following), appears to beof interest. Among them, alanine and valine, are the simplest chiral AA innature, and in spite of the numerous experimental studies on AA and relatedcompounds, no reliable results on the UV spectra and the correspondinginterpretation are available in the literature UV.
