Resumen:
Synthetic amphiphilic copolymers have been widely developed over the last decades to form self-assembly nanostructures. Depending of the hydrophilic ratio to total mass (f) different orders of structures are formed, including spherical micelles, worm-like micelles, or vesicles. The polymer vesicles are currently studied as a means for drug delivery thanks to their ability to entrap hydrophobic molecules in the membrane and encapsulate hydrophilic ones in the inner aqueous compartment. In the present study we synthesized amphiphilic triblock copolymers (PVBz-b-PEG-b-PVBz) through controlled radical polymerization (RAFT) from two different precursors (PEG3350 and PEG6000) in order to evaluate the nanoestructures formed by solvent injection method.
