Resumen:
Synthesis of nanoclay/polyurethane system withdifferent contents of nanoclay (0.5, 1 and 2 % w/w) was carried out using amontmorillonite organomodified with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(MMT-HDTMA), and a polyurethane synthesized with terminal vinyl groups based onpolypropylene glycol, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and isophorone diisocyanateby in-situ polymerization process. The synthesized nanoclay/polymermatrix systems were characterized by ATR-FTIR during the formation of thepolyurethane prepolymers and the films obtained by photopolymerization processwere characterized by XRD, ATR-FTIR, FT-Raman and MDSC. In order to study thesorption properties of the films, the polymer matrix were put in contact with aconcentrated solution of eriocitrin, testing the flavonoid adsorption infunction of time. The resulting materials were characterized by FT-Raman andMDSC. The maximum adsorption was reached at 96 h for PU with 1 % MMT-HDTMA (OA)(62.96 mg Eriocitrin/g PU-OA).
