Resumen:
We have studied the casein-anti-casein binding kinetics using two different strategies in an SPR commercial device: i) casein was immobilized onto the solid phase and assessed with a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to bovine casein at different concentrations in solution and ii) the solid substrate was coated with the anti-casein monoclonal antibody and the binding to different concentrations of soluble casein was assessed.
