Resumen:
This study includes an updated checklist of the odonata species known to occur in Argentina with distributional information by province. Twenty-three species are removed from the previous list, and 30 new records are added, bringing the total number of species to 269. From the new records 15 correspond to new species currently under description. The distribution of the 17 species presently known to be endemic to Argentina is mapped
