he activities described in this report involve the following topics: i) synthesis and characterization of a benzoxazine based on difuran diamine DFDA (5,5?-methylenedifurfurylamine), SA-DFDA; ii) synthesis and characterization of a silicon-based benzoxazine, BA-3aptms; iii) study and optimization of the sol-gel process for the production of siloxane-containing precursor; iv) study of siloxane-containing precursor curing.
