It is well known that there are huge differences among elderly person concerning to their economic and health situations. According to cumulative advantage and disadvantage theory, cumulative consequences of differences in socioeconomic status on health are often long-term in nature and affect late-life outcome. This approach focuses on the research of life course of individuals and the structure factors. The social structure through which they have been passed in their life course affected to those differences among elderly person. The object of this research is to identify the factors such as life events and social structures which affect individual late-life outcome, especially economic conditions. At the same time we will survey on the actual economic and heath situation of the elderly people. 1. Research will be realized in the area of Greater Buenos Aires through interviews with elderly person of different classes and sexes for the qualitative analysis. The number of samples is approximately between 30 and 40. 2. Concerning to the life course, we will interview on: family, education, labor history, income, health, and house paying attention to the major life events. 3. Social structure through which they have been passed in life course of elderly person, we will interview on social insurance, health care, social assistances and other social services they used in their life course. 4. Concerning to the outcome, we will interview on happiness of life, income, health, house, social security, family, employment and so on.
