Child-Comm: An Alternative Communication System adaptive to user?s features

In this paper we present Child-Comm, an Alternative Communication System for children withCerebral Palsy developed in Argentina during 2016. The most important features of Child-Comm are: it is an adaptive application due to the pictograms to present in each screen are according to the user´s gender and the user´s age; besides, cultural features are considered in the sound reproduction of the pictograms. Moreover, Child-Comm presents screen options to the user, depending on where the user is, for example in his house or in the therapy. Child-Comm is a mobile application and works in any Android Mobile Device
