Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels

A Work Programme for the triennium 2010-2012 (Annex 1) was approved by the Third Session of the Meeting of the Parties (MoP3, Resolution 3.4). The Work programme also includes tasks (in grey colour) that were completed during 2009. A process to identify the Agreement’s conservation priorities was started at the Fourth Meeting of the Advisory Committee (AC4), continued at MoP3 and intersessionally, and will be discussed at AC5 (AC5 Doc 15). The priority actions that will be identified by this discussion, coupled with this agreed work programme, should enable the Advisory Committee to prioritise its work and the use of ACAP’s limited resources, including the allocation of funds in the Advisory Committee budget.
