We
present a combined analysis of the kinematics of structured CMEs at
distances from 1.05 up to 30 solar radii. Data from the ground-based
MICA (Mirror Coronagraph for Argentina) in the green line (530.3 nm)
allows us to study the acceleration phase of the events exceptionally
close to the solar limb. On the other hand, white-light data from the
SOHO/LASCO C2 and C3 coronagraphs are used to follow their evolution
at larger distances from the Sun. The three parts of the CMEs:
leading edge, cavity and core are identified and followed separately
in order to compare their individual kinematic properties. The
temporal evolution of geometrical and morphological characteristics
of the distinct structures is also determined.
