Resumen:
To identify the biological mechanism on which the selected pairs could be acting, we will use techniques to analyze complex networks called embeddings. These will allow us to graphically visualize clusters of SL pairs in multi-layers networks, where each layer corresponds to a different biological network (genetic, metabolic, protein-protein interaction), but also in single-layer networks.
