In distributed processing systems it is often necessary tocoordinate the allocation of shared resources that should beassigned in the processes in the modality of mutual exclusion; insuch cases, the order in which the shared resources will beassigned in the processes that require them must be decided; inthis paper we propose an aggregation operator (which could beused by a shared resources manager module) that will decide theorder of allocation of the resources to the processes consideringthe requirements of the processes (shared resources) and the stateof the distributed nodes where the processes operate (theircomputational load), all of that using 2-tuples with linguisticlabels.
