In grapefruit plantations of Argentinian Yungas we evaluated the influence of the forest as source of pollinators. Despite Apis mellifera made 90% of visits to grapefruit flowers, pollinators declined in abundance and richness as distance from the forest increases. Thus, remnants of natural habitatscan provide pollination service for agriculture.
