Resumen:
The topics that I will present in this conference, describe my most recent work. During my postdoc in EEA INTA Mendoza, I have been studying the microbiome characterization of Vitis vinifera cv. Malbec, by following two approaches. Firstly, I performed a metatranscriptomics analysis, with the objective of obtaining an ?all-kingdom? microbiome exploration, based on data obtained from RNA sequencing. This was mainly focused on the differences in the microbial patterns of a grapevine disease. Secondly, I performed DNA-amplicon based sequencing, directed to characterize the relative abundances of fungal and bacterial communities and its dynamics on the process of wine production.
