This workshop will reflect on how to transform a local political experience (the peak of the global tide of feminism that started in Buenos Aires) into academic theoretical knowledge. By analyzing some events in contemporary Argentina, we will elaborate on some concepts to think the global, local and global aspects of social conflict, political debates and struggles today, from Ni Una Menos in Latin America to the Women?s March in the US and the International Feminist Strikes.
