Resumen:
This presentation will summarize the latest advances made jointly by the University of the Republic of Uruguay and the National University of South, in the research on the modification of the structure and morphology of semiconductors based on titanium oxide and different sodium titanates. The work, which involves structural, electrical and efficiency characterization of photovoltaic conversion, is accompanied by first principles calculations, to understand the role of the electronic structure of the semiconductor and its derived properties.
