Resumen:
In this work we present a study of dipolar interactions in a magnetosome-like nanoparticle (NP)system, and their influence on the area of the magnetization hysteresis loops for hyperthermiaexperiments. An increment in the area of the loops represents a higher specific absorption rate(SAR). A non-linear magnetic relaxation model was modified to add dipolar interactions. Weconsidered different lengths of the chain and orientations regarding the external magnetic field. The increment of the area of the hysteresis loops due to dipolar interaction is reported, either inisolated or randomly oriented chains. To analyze these interactions, the parallel andperpendicular components of the dipolar magnetic field (regarding the external one), were takeninto account. It was seen that both components of the dipolar field, when plotted against theexternal magnetic one, present hysteresis.
