Resumen:
We present a Differential Synthetic Aperture Radar(DInSAR) technique
for generating displacement maps and deformationtime-series by
exploiting SAR data collected by theCanadian RADARSAT-1 sensor. The
proposed approach relies on the application of the Small BAseline Subset
(SBAS) algorithm to conventional multi-look interferograms
characterized by small temporal and spatial baseline values. This work
gives an account of the first experimental results we achieved by
adjusting the SBAS-DInSAR processing chain to a RADARSAT-1 SARdata-set.
The selected test site for this study is the area of New Orleans and
its surroundings, for which a RADARSAT-1 archive spanning the time
interval between December, 2004 and March,2007, also enclosing the
Katrina Hurricane event, is available.
