Resumen:
Pheromones are well known in insects as triggers of specific behaviors, in general, stereotyped ones. Here we aimed to analyze with a comprehensive approach how pheromones might act as a modulator of other behaviors. We studied whether a synthetic pheromone affects an appetitive response in the Argentine ant, L. humile.
