Resumen:
This research presents the design of an adsorption microcalorimeter constructed for determining interactions on the Solid-Gas inter-phase and the adsorption isotherm simultaneously. This microcalorimeter is of the heat conduction type with two cells, one for reaction and another one for reference. The sensors are 3D type, built together with the ITI ™ Company, where the Seebeck effect is used for establishing thermal changes after every addition of adsorbent on adsorbate1-4. The sensors are designed to work at a temperature range between -250°C and 315 °C. This work presents some design details, which are shown on figure 1. A zoom of the sensors detail is done, where it is highlighted that the surface of these sensors covers all of the heat generation area in the study system, which translates in to precision.
