Resumen:
In this paper we present experimental results on the temporal evolution of the electrical impedance spectra of a kidney epithelial cell line obtained with ECIS (Electrical Cell Impedance Sensing). We analyze the results using two models, one proposed by Giaever and Keese and a Mean Field model. We fit the experimental results to the models obtaining parameters of biophysical interest. We also measured the electrical impedance of the cell monolayer as a function of time using a two Lock In Amplifiers system. The measurements were simultaneous and they could be  performed in two different regions of the monolayer. With these results we were able to measure micromotion cellular. Finally we used statistical  techniques of autocorrelation and crosscorrelation to interpret the data.
