Resumen:
It is well-known that most switched power converters are open-loop stablewhen operated within reasonable limits and connected to many types of loads. Mostof the existing open-loop asymptotic stability results for switched power convertersrequire either (a) an averaged dynamical model or (b) parasitic losses. However, results that guarantee open-loop asymptotic stability for the ideal switched modelof a converter are very scarce or nonexistent. In this paper, we fill this gap byproviding a method to prove open-loop stability for the ideal switched model of manytypes of converters in controlled conduction. The types of stability addressed includeboundedness of trajectories and trajectory stability. We illustrate the procedure onthe Ćuk converter.
