In this presentation, we present our results based on SOPHIE and HARPS-Nfollow-up observation of Kepler transiting candidates. Our large programled us to characterized 17 planets and brown dwarfs up-to-now, for whichsome of them will be announced during this presentation. Our programalso permit to measure, for the first time, the false-positive rate ofthe Kepler mission, in the range of close-in giant candidates.
