Resumen:
Paratuberculosis is a chronic disease caused by Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map). Considering the economic it is necessary to control the disease and to develop an efective vaccine. BALB /c mice are the experimental model of choice for initial screening of vaccines candidates. To evaluate the protection conferred in the murine model using the prime-boost strategy with a virulent local strain inactivated MVA85A in order to find a better vaccine candidate.
