Resumen:
We present a study of the M6.6 flare that occurred on 13 February 2011 in AR 11158. This AR was located at the disk center (S20E04) seen from Earth. The flare was accompanied by a CME. We analyzed the CME evolution from the Sun to 1 AU. The AR began emerging in the eastern hemisphere 10 February and was formed by two major bipoles that created a complex multipolar region. Flux emergence and shearing motions built up a sigmoidal coronal structure with a direct S-shaped sigmoidal in the subsequent days. We use wavelength observations from the photosphere to the interplanetary medium to analyze the magnetic field, model coronal loops and EUV wave, compute the AR magnetic helicity and compare it to that of the magnetic cloud associated with the ejection.
