In this work we presentthe design, construction, start-up, characterization and operation of a laboratory-sizedhydrogen compressor based on a HFM (LaNi5) to store the ultra purehydrogen (UPH) generated by electrolysis, in standard bottles of 50 l at a pressure of 60 bar.
